WAVE Mutual Support Program: “Sunday Suppers for Connection & Inclusion”

This fall, we’re spotlighting programs recognized by our 2024 Founders Award for excellence in programs and/or services. These villages found creative ways to reach out to more people for connection and assistance. Join the sessions to learn more and explore ways that your village may adapt their approaches.

On September 18, Frank Finamore, Executive Director of Cleveland & Woodley Park Village in Washington, DC, will describe their partnership with a local church and local restaurants to provide free monthly “Sunday Suppers” open to all older adults in the area, not just members.
