Empowering the Ages is hosting the Kofi Frempong Light A Spark Challenge from May 1 – 15

From May 1 – May 15, 2024, celebrate Older Americans Month by walking or running in honor of or in memory of someone special in your life. Create or join a team of friends, family, neighbors and colleagues and walk or run (or do any exercise!) in your community while celebrating Older Americans Month and achieving your personal goals. We welcome participants of all ages as well as dogs to join the fun! As a community, we will Light A Spark for Older Americans Month.
