Our goal is to better understand the experiences and needs of older adults in our county. Please help by distributing the survey to as many residents as possible.
This survey is designed for adults living in Montgomery County who are 55 and older, though younger adults are welcome to participate as well. The survey takes approximately 20 minutes to complete. Residents can complete the survey between now December 14th.
