DESCRIPTION:We are happy to share an upcoming Free Online Diabetes Self-Management Support Class led by a certified diabetes educator. This three-part virtual series covers important topics such as blood glucose monitoring\, medication management\, healthy nutrition\, carbohydrate counting\, and preventing complications.\n\nThe class is open to adults (18+) including patients\, community members\, caregivers\, and family members. Sessions will be held Thursdays from 10–11 a.m. with two upcoming series: April 9\, 16\, 23 and May 7\, 14\, 21.
