After we collect data about our communities and about the impact of age-friendly programs, events and activities, it is time to determine how to present the information to make a compelling case to advance age-friendly changes and to tell an engaging story about how age-friendly is transforming your community. Like the action plan, the age-friendly impact story has to be continuously adapted to celebrate new victories and accomplishments and mobilize the community to make additional changes in policy, services, and the built environment.
